Arnaldo Loner

Arnaldo Loner, who graduated in law from Bologna University, founded the firm in 1968.
He was several times Chairman of the Board of the Bolzano Bar Association.
In 1994, he was a member of the National Bar Council.
From 1994 to 2004, he held the position of Vice Chairman of the Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano.
He has also been Chairman of the Board of Arbitrators of the National Alpine Rescue and Speleology Corps.
He is now a member of the curatorship of the Municipal Museum of Bolzano.
In 2013, he was awarded the Cross of Merit of Tyrol (Verdienstkreuz des Landes Tirol).

Carlo Bertacchi

Carlo Bertacchi is a partner of the firm since 1995.
He has extensive experience in the field of white-collar crimes and tax law, in advising companies on commercial and corporate law and business contracts, as well as in drafting organisation, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. Valentina Loner

Valentina Loner is a partner of the firm since 2000.
She graduated in law from Modena University. She is an internationally trained lawyer, she has already been a lecturer at the Business Faculty of the Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck (A), she is an expert in litigating damages . She is perfectly bilingual (Italian and German) and has an excellent command of the English language.

Fabrizio Francia is a partner of the firm since 2008.
In 1994 he graduated in law with honours, with a focus on litigation, from Trento University.
After having completed the relevant training required by law, he qualified as an Italian lawyer (“avvocato”) in June 1999. He assists and represents leading local companies and private individuals in various areas of law.
He has been a speaker and moderator at conferences and seminars in the field of private law and collaborates with entities and leading institutions providing continuing education for professionals in the organisation of training events.

Esther Pomella is a partner of the firm since 2013. She has a law degree from Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck (A). She assists her clients in all areas of civil law. She attended numerous masters’ courses, seminars and conferences on corporate law, business contracts and administrative liability of entities (corporate liability) pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. She provides counsel on business law and assists Italian and foreign corporations in drafting contracts and in conducting relations with their clients and suppliers, as well as with public authorities. She assists corporations in drafting and implementing governance structures that comply with occupational health and safety regulation and with legislation pertaining to environmental protection, as well as in drafting, adopting and implementing organisation models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Alessandro Di Puppo is Of Counsel to the firm.
He graduated in law, with a focus on transnational law, from Trento University.
He completed a Specialisation Course in Information Technology Law at Bologna University and was then admitted to the Italian Bar.
He practices in Italy where he assists leading Italian and foreign companies and corporations as well as professionals and law firms.
He has participated as a speaker at conferences on intellectual property, unfair competition and information technology law and he is the author of publications on such areas of law.

Giovanni Polonioli è entrato come Of Counsel in LBFP Avvocati nel settembre 2020 dopo una importante e proficua carriera istituzionale, anche come amministratore di società private e pubbliche con particolare riferimento al settore delle energie rinnovabili.
Con riferimento alle attività istituzionali e’ stato, tra l’altro, sindaco della città di Laives, vice presidente di Sel SpA, presidente di Hydros Srl, presidente di SE Hydropower Srl, presidente di Alperia Vipower Srl, presidente di Edipower SpA, consigliere di amministrazione di Edison SpA ed è attualmente presidente di Alperia Greenpower Srl.
Nell’ambito professionale, oltre ad occuparsi di contenzioso (anche arbitrale) in diversi ambiti del diritto civile ed in particolare nell’illecito civile, nella determinazione del danno, nella responsabilità medica, nei contratti e nel diritto delle assicurazioni, presta consulenza nel settore del diritto commerciale con particolare riferimento al settore societario e all’assistenza per i profili corporate.

Jakob Schramm is an associate of the firm.
He graduated from Luigi Bocconi Law School Milan, specializing in corporate law, financial markets and antitrust.
Before and during his studies, he attended numerous law-related courses in the United States at UCLA Los Angeles, University of Michigan and Georgetown University, as well as at the London School of Economics LSE (UK).
As a trainee lawyer with power of representation he predominantly practices contract and corporate law and advises companies in public tender procedures. From 2018 to 2020 he receives advanced training in criminal law and procedure, organized by the Bolzano Bar Association.
