Arnaldo Loner, who graduated in law from Bologna University, founded the firm in 1968.
He was several times Chairman of the Board of the Bolzano Bar Association.
In 1994, he was a member of the National Bar Council.
From 1994 to 2004, he held the position of Vice Chairman of the Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano.
He has also been Chairman of the Board of Arbitrators of the National Alpine Rescue and Speleology Corps.
He is now a member of the curatorship of the Municipal Museum of Bolzano.
In 2013, he was awarded the Cross of Merit of Tyrol (Verdienstkreuz des Landes Tirol).
Carlo Bertacchi is a partner of the firm since 1995.
He has extensive experience in the field of white-collar crimes and tax law, in advising companies on commercial and corporate law and business contracts, as well as in drafting organisation, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. In such areas of law, he assists Italian and multinational companies and corporations since many years. He is a lecturer at the Free University of Bolzano and the Politecnico of Turin and he also teaches within the LUB’s Master’s Degree Programme in Innovation Engineering. He is often invited to participate as a speaker at conferences on the above areas of law.
Valentina Loner is a partner of the firm since 2000.
She graduated in law from Modena University. She is an internationally trained lawyer and lecturer in labour law and occupational health and safety legislation at the Business Faculty of the Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck (A), an expert in litigating damages and labour law issues. She is perfectly bilingual (Italian and German) and has an excellent command of the English language.
Fabrizio Francia is a partner of the firm since 2008.
In 1994 he graduated in law with honours, with a focus on litigation, from Trento University.
After having completed the relevant training required by law, he qualified as an Italian lawyer (“avvocato”) in June 1999. He assists and represents leading local companies and private individuals in various areas of law.
He has been a speaker and moderator at conferences and seminars in the field of private law and collaborates with entities and leading institutions providing continuing education for professionals in the organisation of training events.
Esther Pomella is a partner of the firm since 2013. She graduated in law from Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck (A). She assists her clients in all areas of private law as well as in the field of construction and town planning law. She attended master’s courses, seminars and conferences on corporate law, business contracts and administrative liability of entities (corporate liability) pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001. She advises on business law and assists Italian and foreign companies and corporations in drafting contracts and in their relationships with their clients and suppliers. She assists companies in creating and implementing governance structures that comply with occupational health and safety legislation and environmental protection legislation as well as in drafting, adopting and implementing organisation models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.CV
Alessandro di Puppo
Alessandro Di Puppo is Of Counsel to the firm.
He graduated in law, with a focus on transnational law, from Trento University.
He completed a Specialisation Course in Information Technology Law at Bologna University and was then admitted to the Italian Bar.
He practices in Italy where he assists leading Italian and foreign companies and corporations as well as professionals and law firms.
He has participated as a speaker at conferences on intellectual property, unfair competition and information technology law and he is the author of publications on such areas of law.
Matteo Bruccoleri is an associate of the firm.
He graduated in law, with a focus on litigation, from Trento University.
During his studies he pursued a semester abroad, through the Erasmus programme, at the Georg-August-Universität of Göttingen (Germany), where he deepened his knowledge in criminology and comparative criminal law.
After completing his legal training in Bolzano, he qualified as an Italian lawyer (“avvocato”) on 6 April 2004.
Priska Taddei is an associate of the firm.
She graduated in law from Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck (A) and pursued a semester abroad, through the Erasmus programme, at the Università degli Studi di Milano. She also did an internship at the Public Prosecution Department of Bolzano.
She practices in the fields of debt recovery, insolvency law, car accidents, tort law in general and family law. She assists companies and corporations in crisis. During her professional activities she has also acquired competencies in the field of public procurement law.
